At Sincerely A, we strive to provide an amazing shopping experience from the moment you place an order to the moment it arrives to you! Please review our our shipping policy for details regarding processing, delivery and order tracking. 
Local pickup is available to anyone within a 20 mile radius of Murfreesboro, TN.

 

Order Processing 

All orders are processed once order is made. Online inventory will take 5-14 days for shipping + delivery and pickup. 
Items on the floor will be processed once order is made and pickup, and delivery will be available same day. Shipping will be 2-3 business days once order is placed. 

Shipping & Delivery 

Standard shipping is estimated to deliver within 3-7 business days once processed. Expedite shipping will be available as an option at checkout for an additional cost. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order value and location of delivery. 

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-28 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carriers system. 

Delays & Lost Packages

while we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for lost packages after being marked as delivered. For lost items please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.  

Address Information

Please verify your address information is correct at checkout before completing your order. Sincerely, A is not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address given at checkout.
